Son Dong district is located in the east of Bac Giang province, Son Dong is a
rural district at the intersection of 3 provinces Bac Giang,
Lang Son and Quang
Ninh. Son Dong district has an area of 845.000 km2 and a population of 75.000
people, the district capital is An Chau townlet, located 75 km east of Bac Giang
town on the national highway 31. From An Chau tourists can visit surrounding
sites such as Che pagoda, dedicated to Lieu Hanh princess, Ba Tam waterfall with
100m high water curtain and continue to Dong Cao village on top of An Chau
